Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Lampung (Disbun Lampung) dalam merealisasikan 33 Janji Kerja Gubernur Lampung Arinal Djunaidi mengusung Misi 5 (lima) yakni Membangun Kekuatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Berbasis Pertanian dan Wilayah Perdesaan Yang Seimbang Dengan Wilayah Perkotaan yang dijabar dalam 6 (enam) Agenda kerja yakni pertama, Agenda Kerja nomor 4 yakni Lampung Kaya Festival: menjadikan budaya dan kekayaan alam Lampung sebagai daya Tarik festival untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, merawat kebudayaan lokal dan mengembangkan kesenian serta mendukung meningkatnya kunjungan wisatawan.
Kedua, Agenda Kerja nomor 12 yakni Anak Muda Berjaya : mendorong kompetensi dan festival seni/olahraga, gerakan malu menganggur, mencetak wirausaha muda, pendirian gelanggang remaja
Ketiga, Agenda Kerja nomor 20 yakni Kartu Petani Berjaya (KPB): memberikan jaminan kepada para petani untuk mendapatkan bibit, pupuk, pasar, modal dan beasiswa bagi anak petani (pertanian secara luas), Keempat, Agenda Kerja nomor 22 yakni Mencegah dan memberatas peredaran pupuk palsu
Kelima, Agenda Kerja nomor 23 Revitalisasi Lada (Lampung Black Paper). Meningkatkan produksi,produktivitas serta nilai tambah lada dan memfasilitiasi akses pasar sebagai salah satu komoditas unggulan
Dan keenam, Agenda Kerja nomor 24 yakni Meningkatkan daya saing Kopi, Kakao dan komoditas unggulan lainnya (jagung, singkong, udang)serta mewujudkan Lampung sebagai Lumbung Ternak Nasional melalui penerapan teknologi produksi, pengembangan industri hilir serta perluasan pasar dalam negeri.

Pada tahun 2019, Disbun Lampung dalam menjabarkan Agenda Kerja nomor 4 yakni Lampung Kaya Festival telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian, Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian, Kegiatan pendukung melalui terlaksananya Promosi Produk Komoditi Unggulan Perkebunan.
Terkait Agenda Kerja nomor 12 yakni Anak Muda Berjaya : mendorong kompetensi dan festival seni/olahraga, gerakan malu menganggur, mencetak wirausaha muda, pendirian gelanggang remaja telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian, Kegiatan Pengembangan Kapasitas Kelembagaan Ekonomi Petani Berbasis Kawasan, Sub Kegiatan Pembentukan dan Penguatan Kelembagaan Koorporasi Petani.
Untuk Agenda Kerja nomor 20 yakni Kartu Petani Berjaya (KPB), Disbun Lampung telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian, Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian. Capaiannya ditandai dengan Pendataan dan inventarisasi peserta Kartu Petani Berjaya di empat kabupaten Tanggamus, Lampung Timur, Lampung Utara dan Lampung Barat
Berkaitan dengan Agenda Kerja nomor 22 yakni Mencegah dan memberatas peredaran pupuk palsu, Disbun Lampung telah memngadakan Program Penyediaan dan Pengembangan Sarana Pertanian, Kegiatan Pengawasan Peredaran Sarana Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Pengawasan Sebaran Pupuk, Pestisida, Alsintan, dan Sarana Pendukung Pertanian.
Dukungan Kegiatan ini melalui Pengawasan Peredaran Pupuk Bersubsidi dan Pestisida di kabupaten yaitu Lampung Selatan, Lampung Barat, Tanggamus, Way kanan dan Lampung Timur.
Dalam menjabarkan Agenda Kerja nomor 23 Revitalisasi Lada (Lampung Black Paper), Disbun Lampung telah melaksanakan Program Penyediaan dan Pengembangan Prasarana Pertanian, Kegiatan Penataan Prasarana Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Pengawasan Mutu, Penyediaan dan Peredaran Benih/Bibit Perkebunan. Dukungan kegiatan melalui Pemeliharaan Kebun UPTD BBKI di Tegineneg Kabupaten Pesawaran
Terkait Agenda Kerja nomor 24 yakni Meningkatkan daya saing Kopi, Kakao dan komoditas unggulan lainnya, Disbun Lampung telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian. Dukungan kegiatan melalui Pengelolaan Sistem penyediaan dan Pengawasan Alat Mesin Perkebunan.
Pada tahun 2020, Disbun Lampung dalam menjabarkan Agenda Kerja nomor 4 yakni Lampung Kaya Festival telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian, kegiatan ini tidak terlaksana karena Efisiensi anggaran terkait Pandemi Covid.
Terkait Agenda Kerja nomor 12 yakni Anak Muda Berjaya : mendorong kompetensi dan festival seni/olahraga, gerakan malu menganggur, mencetak wirausaha muda, pendirian gelanggang remaja telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian, Kegiatan Pengembangan Kapasitas Kelembagaan Ekonomi Petani Berbasis Kawasan, Sub Kegiatan Pembentukan dan Penguatan Kelembagaan Koorporasi Petani.
Capaiannya berupa terlaksananya kegiatan pengembangan dan penguatan kelembagaan petani, gapoktan dan pemberdayaan petani pekebun sebanyak 10 kelompok tani pada Kabupaten Lampung Barat dan Lampung Timur.
Untuk Agenda Kerja nomor 20 yakni Kartu Petani Berjaya (KPB), Disbun Lampung telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian.
Capainnya berupa Pendaftaran Database Pekebun kedalam Sistem Kartu Petani Berjaya (KPB) dan Sosialisasi KPB Sektor Perkebunan di 7 (tujuh) kabupaten Tanggamus, Lampung Utara, Way Kanan, Lampung Timur, Pesawaran, Lampung Selatan, dan Lampung Barat. Pekebun yang sudah terdaftar sebagai nasabah BNI tetapi belum menerima buku tabungan dan kartu combo dari BNI 414 pekebun. Pekebun belum bisa menggunakan aplikasi digital system KPB 3.080 pekebun.
Berkaitan dengan Agenda Kerja nomor 22 yakni Mencegah dan memberatas peredaran pupuk palsu, Disbun Lampung telah Program Penyediaan dan Pengembangan Sarana Pertanian, Kegiatan Pengawasan Peredaran Sarana Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Pengawasan Sebaran Pupuk, Pestisida, Alsintan, dan Sarana Pendukung Pertanian.
Capaiannya adalah Mencegah dan memberantas peredaran pupuk palsu didukung oleh kegiatan pengawasan peredaran pupuk bersubsidi dan pestisida pada 7 (Tujuh) kabupaten yaitu Lampung Utara, Lampung Selatan, Lampung Terngah, Tulang bawang barat, Lampung Barat,Mesuji dan Tanggamus. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah memaksimalkan pengawasan peredaran pupuk bersubsidi agar tepat sasaran.
Dalam menjabarkan Agenda Kerja nomor 23 Revitalisasi Lada (Lampung Black Paper), Disbun Lampung telah melaksanakan Program Penyediaan dan Pengembangan Prasarana Pertanian, Kegiatan Penataan Prasarana Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Pengawasan Mutu, Penyediaan dan Peredaran Benih/Bibit Perkebunan.
Kegiatan pendukung melalui pemeliharaan kebun BBKI, Intensifikasi, rehabilitasi dan peremajaan dan perluasan tanaman semusim dan rempah seluas 150 hektar di Kabupaten Lampung Timur, Way Kanan dan Tanggamus
Terkait Agenda Kerja nomor 24 yakni Meningkatkan daya saing Kopi, Kakao dan komoditas unggulan lainnya, Disbun Lampung telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian.
Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui (1) Intensifikasi, rehabilitasi, peremajaan dan perluasan tanaman tahunan dan penyegar seluas 50 hektar di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, lampung Barat dan Pesawaran, (2) Kegiatan pengolahan pasca panen sebanyak 4 unit di Kabupaten Lampung Timur dan Mesuji.
Pada tahun 2021, Disbun Lampung dalam menjabarkan Agenda Kerja nomor 4 yakni Lampung Kaya Festival telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian.
Dukungan kegiatan melalui Kegiatan Festival Komoditas Perkebunan dengan kelompok sasaran Kelompok Tani, UMKM, pelaku usaha dan stakeholders terkait.

Terlaksananya kegiatan Pengembangan dan Penguatan Kelembagaan Petani, Gapoktan dan Pemberdayaan Petani Pekebun (PED) dan kegiatan Penumbuhan dan Penguatan Kelembagaan Petani Tembakau (DBH-CHT).
Untuk Agenda Kerja nomor 20 yakni Kartu Petani Berjaya (KPB), Disbun Lampung telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian.
Implementasi, Sosialisasi KPB sektor Perkebunan. Registrasi dan Aktivasi peserta KPB di 4 (empat) kabupaten :Lampung Barat, Lampung Timur, Tanggamus dan Pesawaran. Total pekebun yang teregistrasi dalam sistem KPB sejumlah 44.623 NIK. Total Pekebun yang melakukan penebusan pupuk bersubsidi sejumlah 12.626 NIK.
113 pekebun Lada menerima Kartu Combo dari Bank BNI.
Berkaitan dengan Agenda Kerja nomor 22 yakni Mencegah dan memberatas peredaran pupuk palsu, Disbun Lampung, Program Penyediaan dan Pengembangan Sarana Pertanian, Kegiatan Pengawasan Peredaran Sarana Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Pengawasan Sebaran Pupuk, Pestisida, Alsintan, dan Sarana Pendukung Pertanian. Kegiatan pendukung melalui kegiatan pengawasan peredaran pupuk bersubsidi dan pestisida pada 5 (Lima) kabupaten yaitu Lampung Selatan, Lampung Barat, Tanggamus, Way kanan dan Lampung Timur.
Dalam menjabarkan Agenda Kerja nomor 23 Revitalisasi Lada (Lampung Black Paper), Disbun Lampung telah melaksanakan Program Penyediaan dan Pengembangan Prasarana Pertanian, Kegiatan Penataan Prasarana Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Pengawasan Mutu, Penyediaan dan Peredaran Benih/Bibit Perkebunan.
Kegiatan pendukung meliputi Uji coba lada sambung tahan Phytophthora Tahun II seluas 100 hektar di Kab. Way Kanan, Uji coba lada sambung tahan Phytophthora Tahun I seluas 50 hektar di Lampung Utara, Uji Coba Intercropping Kopi-Lada Tahun II seluas 50 hektar di Tanggamus, Intensifikasi Lada seluas 25 hektar di Kab. Lampung Timur.
Terkait Agenda Kerja nomor 24 yakni Meningkatkan daya saing Kopi, Kakao dan komoditas unggulan lainnya, Disbun Lampung telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian.
Kegiatan pendukung meliputi Intensifikasi kakao 50 hektar di kab. Pesawaran, Intensifikasi karet 50 hektar di Way Kanan, Penanaman kelapa kopyor 800 batang di Lampung Tengah, Pengolahan pasca panen kakao (Solar Dryer Dome & Alat Ukur Kadar Air) 2 unit di Kab. Pesawaran.
Pada tahun 2022, Disbun Lampung dalam menjabarkan Agenda Kerja nomor 4 yakni Lampung Kaya Festival telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian. Capaiannya program ini adalah Terlaksananya kegiatan promosi produk perkebunan melalui Kegiatan Festival Komoditas Perkebunan

Capaiannya berupa kegiatan Sosialisasi dan Bimtek KPB sektor Perkebunan di 13 (tiga belas) Kabupaten :Lampung Barat, Lampung Timur, Tanggamus, Pesawaran, Lampung Utara, Way Kanan, Tulang Bawang, Tulang Bawang Barat, Mesuji, Lampung Tengah, Lampung Selatan, Pringsewu, Pesisir Barat. Total pekebun yang menjadi anggota KPB (teregistrasi dalam aplikasi eKPB) 219.437 NIK. Total Pekebun yang melakukan penebusan pupuk bersubsidi sejumlah 4.385 NIK. Asuransi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan bagi pekebun untuk 1.000 pekebun (Tanggamus, Lampung Barat, Lampung Timur dan Pesawaran)
Berkaitan dengan Agenda Kerja nomor 22 yakni Mencegah dan memberatas peredaran pupuk palsu, Disbun Lampung, Program Penyediaan dan Pengembangan Sarana Pertanian, Kegiatan Pengawasan Peredaran Sarana Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Pengawasan Sebaran Pupuk, Pestisida, Alsintan, dan Sarana Pendukung Pertanian.
Mencegah dan memberantas peredaran pupuk palsu didukung oleh kegiatan pengawasan peredaran pupuk bersubsidi dan pestisida pada 5 (Lima) kabupaten yaitu Lampung Timur, Lampung Utara, Pesawaran, Pesisir Barat, dan Tanggamus.
Dalam menjabarkan Agenda Kerja nomor 23 Revitalisasi Lada (Lampung Black Paper), Disbun Lampung telah melaksanakan Program Penyediaan dan Pengembangan Prasarana Pertanian, Kegiatan Penataan Prasarana Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Pengawasan Mutu, Penyediaan dan Peredaran Benih/Bibit Perkebunan.

Lampung Utara (tahun 2)50 hektar, Uji coba lada sambung tahan pithopthora di Kab. Lampung Utara dan Tanggamus (tahun 1) 200 hektar, Intensifikasi tanaman lada di Lampung Timur 50 hektar.
Terkait Agenda Kerja nomor 24 yakni Meningkatkan daya saing Kopi, Kakao dan komoditas unggulan lainnya, Disbun Lampung telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian.
Dukungan kegiatan melalui Intensifikasi Kopi (Demplot Kopi) 20 hektar di Kab. Lampung Barat, Bibit Kelapa kopyor dan bibit kelapa kopyor 50 batang Kab. Lampung Tengah, bibit kelapa kopyor skala rumah tangga 400 batang di Kab. Lampung Selatan, Lampung Timur, Way Kanan, Lampung Utara, Perluasan vanili 3 hektar di Kab. Tulang Bawang Barat, pasca panen kopro 1 unit di Kab. Lampung Selatan.
Pada tahun 2023, Disbun Lampung dalam menjabarkan Agenda Kerja nomor 4 yakni Lampung Kaya Festival telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian.
Dukungan kegiatan melalui Festival Komoditi Perkebunan 1 event festival dan terlaksananya Kegiatan Temu Bisnis (Bussiness Matching).
Terkait Agenda Kerja nomor 12 yakni Anak Muda Berjaya : mendorong kompetensi dan festival seni/olahraga, gerakan malu menganggur, mencetak wirausaha muda, pendirian gelanggang remaja telah mengadakan, Program Penyuluhan Pertanian, Kegiatan Pengembangan Kapasitas Kelembagaan Ekonomi Petani Berbasis Kawasan, Sub Kegiatan Pembentukan dan Penguatan Kelembagaan Koorporasi Petani.
Dukungan kegiatan pengembangan dan penguatan kelembagaan petani, gapoktan dan pemberdayaan petani pekebun pada 3 (tiga) Kabupaten yaitu Pesawaran Tulang Bawang Barat dan Mesuji, dimana pada kegiatan ini diharapkan menciptakan fasilitator penggerak daerah yang difokuskan pada pemuda petani pekebun sebagai fasilitator.
Untuk Agenda Kerja nomor 20 yakni Kartu Petani Berjaya (KPB), Disbun Lampung telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian.
Sosialisasi dan Bimtek Transaksi KPB sektor Perkebunandi 13 (tiga belas) Kabupaten: Lampung Barat, Lampung Timur, Tanggamus, Pesawaran, Lampung Utara, Way Kanan, Tulang Bawang, Tulang Bawang Barat, Mesuji, Lampung Tengah, Lampung Selatan, ‘Pringsewu, Pesisir Barat. Total pekebun yang menjadi anggota KPB (pekebun subsidi dlm aplikasi KPB) 93.834 NIK. Total Pekebun yang melakukan penebusan pupuk bersubsidi 5.618 NIK. Asuransi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan bagi pekebun untuk 1.950 pekebun (di 13 kabupaten). Asuransi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan bagi pekebun untuk 1.332 pekebun (di 6 kabupaten : Pringsewu, Lamtim, Tanggamus, Pesawaran, Lamsel, Lamteng) total 3.282 pekebun di 2023. Penambahan Layanan E-Klinik Perkebunan dan KUR Pekebun 3 NIK (30 juta).
Berkaitan dengan Agenda Kerja nomor 22 yakni Mencegah dan memberatas peredaran pupuk palsu, Disbun Lampung telah Program Penyediaan dan Pengembangan Sarana Pertanian, Kegiatan Pengawasan Peredaran Sarana Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Pengawasan Sebaran Pupuk, Pestisida, Alsintan, dan Sarana Pendukung Pertanian.
Pada tahun 2023 AKU mencegah dan memberantas peredaran pupuk palsu didukung oleh kegiatan pengawasan peredaran pupuk bersubsidi dan pestisida pada 5 (lima) kabupaten yaitu Tanggamus, Pesawaran, Lampung Timur, Pesisir Barat, dan Lampung Utara.
Dalam menjabarkan Agenda Kerja nomor 23 Revitalisasi Lada (Lampung Black Paper), Disbun Lampung telah melaksanakan Program Penyediaan dan Pengembangan Prasarana Pertanian, Kegiatan Penataan Prasarana Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Pengawasan Mutu, Penyediaan dan Peredaran Benih/Bibit Perkebunan.
Kegiatan pendukung Revitalisasi lada tahun 2023 meliputi analisa tahap akhir uji coba lada sambung dan intercroping kopi lada, intensifikasi tanaman lada, uji coba lada sambung tahan phythopthora, uji coba intercroping kopi dan lada, dan rehabilitasi tanaman lada dengan target luasan yang akan dilakukan kegiatan mendukung revitalisasi lada seluas 375 hektar.
Terkait Agenda Kerja nomor 24 yakni Meningkatkan daya saing Kopi, Kakao dan komoditas unggulan lainnya, Disbun Lampung telah mengadakan Program Penyuluhan Pertanian , Kegiatan Pengembangan Penerapan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Sub Kegiatan Diseminasi Informasi Teknis, Sosial, Ekonomi dan Inovasi Pertanian.
Pada tahun 2023 kegiatan pendukung meliputi pengolahan pasca panen perkebunan (pasca panen kopi dan lada) dan pengolahan hasil perkebunan yang dilaksanakan pada Kabupaten Lampung Utara, Lampung Selatan, Tanggamus dan Lampung Barat. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong petani untuk dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya saing. JUmlah bantuan yang akan diserahkan kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan ini sebanyak 26 unit yang terdiri dari Pengolahan Pasca Panen Perkebunan 3 unit, Pasca Panen Kopi 16 unit, pascapanen lada 3 unit dan Pengolahan Komoditas Hasil Perkebunan 4 unit.
